Structural Health Pre-Assessment Platform
AI-Powered Rapid Seismic Risk Analysis
By filling out the form below, you can submit your building’s structural properties to our AI-powered simulation engine. Our system aims to provide a general overview of your building’s risk status using 4 internationally recognized earthquake engineering standards.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: These analyses are for preliminary information purposes only. The results cannot replace an official Earthquake Performance Test (Risky Building Assessment) conducted by expert engineers in laboratory and field environments.

🇺🇸 FEMA P-154
The rapid visual screening standard of the US Federal Emergency Management Agency. A score of 2.0 and above indicates the building is in the safe zone.
🇳🇿 NZSEE (%NBS)
Evaluates the building’s capacity against the New Building Standard according to New Zealand codes. Results of 67% and above indicate compliance with current standards.
🇺🇸 ASCE 41-17
Calculates the Demand-Capacity Ratio (DCR). A ratio of less than 1.0 indicates the building has adequate capacity to withstand earthquake loads.
🇯🇵 JBDPA (Is)
The Japanese seismic index method. It measures the building’s toughness and shear capacity. An index of 0.6 and above is targeted for safety.
